CRUMBLE TOPPING INGREDIENTS
1-2 Cups of Caramel Nut Job Cereal
BERRY FILLING INGREDIENTS
500g Frozen Berries (Strawberries, Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries or Mix)
1 Tbsp of sweetener of your choice (we use Monk Fruit sweetener)
METHOD
- Combine Frozen Berries and Sweetener in a saucepan and cook down. You don't need to add any liquid as the water from the Frozen Berries is enough.
- Cook down until the Berries are at a consistency you like.
- Pour berries into a cake tin and allow to cool.
- Once slightly cooled, cover Berries with Crumble Topping.
- Enjoy as is or warm up in the oven on a low temperature.
